Profile

Kia ora my name is Charlotte. I've got 8 people in my family but 9 including me. I've also got a pet rabbit called Bubbles. I go to Wainui Beach School. I'm from the Ngai Tahu tribe and also from England. My mum's from England my dad's from Ngai Tahu tribe.

I'm in year 4 it Wainui Beach School. I'm really good at art and so far this year, reading and math too. I really enjoy playing and learning. I challenge myself to everything but I really challenge myself to learning all of my timetables this year. My goals for this year are reading, writing  and maths goals as normal.

I'm looking forward to a lot this year. I don't even know what to tell you. One thing I'm looking forward to is kapa haka festival. I'm really inspired by everything but most of all plants and swimming. I'm happy to be sharing all my learning with you this year. I hope you enjoy it .

Going Fishing At A Lake

One night after dinner me and my dad went fishing.  We went with my grandfather.  When we got there we started fishing.  My grandfather caught a eel.  Sadly my dad let it go.  We each caught 3 fish😊.  (I didn't though).

It got really late and i for got to bring a jumper.  My dad let me borrow his.  It got really cold .  We decided to leave in ten minutes. It was about ten past nine and my bed times seven 30. 

My dad said when we left that "I was going to bet him to bed by ten minutes".  I loved it. Since all the fish were small we used them for bait.

This is a true story   

The Hut

After lunch on sunday I built a hut out of blankets.
When I finished building it I filled it in with a dolphin ukulele, dairy, Ada's pencil case, watch, torch and more. 
After that I made a sine that said"stay out".
after wids Ada broke it and it landed on my head but I still fixed it.
That night I did something bad I had to go to bed.
I told them I was going to sleep in my hut.  First I read 2 pages of a book then I played with a torch .  I then put the blanket over, me and I feel asleep and it was cold.
